TKW Health was appointed to conduct research on behalf of Therapeutic Guidelines Limited to measure the use of eTG; an online and mobile app reference tool for healthcare professionals to access independent and reliable therapeutic information to help them make the best decisions for their patients.
This study comprised of a mix of healthcare professionals n=300 GPs, n=50 Community Pharmacists, n=50 Hospital Pharmacists and n=50 Doctors in training with a mix of year level and specialty.
The study provided valuable insights to our client about the attitudes and perceptions towards the eTG as well as competitor publications. The data identified the sentiment towards the clinical information contained within the resource. It highlighted key strengths and weaknesses which enabled our client to make sound business decisions based off the robust data that was delivered to them, the result was a significant improved to their product offering. This study was the benchmark in showing where use and attitudes were during this initial stage and then allowed changes and improvements to be measured and demonstrated and tracked over time.
