After years of dedicated service to TKW Research, our Business Owner and Chief Operating Officer, Sandhya Le Grand, will be stepping down from day-to day operations at the end of this year.
Sandhya has been instrumental in shaping TKW Research into the trusted data collection partner we are today. Her commitment to operational excellence, attention to detail, and unwavering dedication to both our team and clients have left an indelible mark on our organisation.
While this is a well-deserved break for Sandhya, the TKW team will miss working with her daily. Her leadership, guidance, and collaborative spirit have been cornerstones of our success.

As we transition into this new chapter, we’re pleased to confirm that Gareth Clark, our Operations Manager, will be your main point of contact for all operational matters. You may still see Sandhya’s name appear on specific projects or certain invoicing during this transition period, but Gareth will be leading our day-to-day operations moving forward.
