Chief Executive Officer

Paul is the newly appointed Joint Chief Executive Officer of the Research division at TKW Research Group. With over 15 years of experience in the research industry, Paul brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role. Prior to joining TKW Research Group, he served as the Managing Director of a leading social market research polling agency in Tasmania, where he successfully managed large-scale research programmes, including federal and state election polling.

Paul's strong understanding of research methodologies, coupled with his ability to build lasting client relationships, makes him a valuable asset to the team. In his role, he shapes the firm's strategic direction, oversees the development of innovative research methodologies, and expands the company's capabilities across Australia and overseas.

Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honours from the University of Tasmania (2007), majoring in Psychology and Sociology. He also serves on the Australian Data and Insights Association (ADIA) Committee and is part of the ADIA Leaders Forum Sub-committee. Outside of the boardroom, Paul swaps data for discipline. He recharges with weight lifting and long-distance running, often capping off the day with a refreshing ocean dip. When he needs to disconnect completely, he embraces the slower pace of life, tending to his rural property.

Chief Operations Officer

As TKW's Chief Operating Officer, Sandhya leads operations across our Melbourne, New Zealand and Fiji offices. With a career background spanning all industries and sectors, and a particular depth of experience in financial services, health, retail, transport and utilities, she has a disciplined, people-centred approach to overseeing large-scale tracking studies, complex resource scheduling and quality control across every project.

When not working, Sandhya loves spending time with her two kelpie dogs, Duffy and Missy, and is an avid restaurant hopper with a well-developed appreciation for good food and great wine. A self-confessed connoisseur, her wine of choice is any Pinot Noir from the Central Otago region of New Zealand.

Chief Revenue Officer

Mandy has vast experience in social research, compliance and customer engagement research, and over 20 years' experience in client management and designing bespoke innovative solutions for high-profile clients both domestically and globally. With extensive experience across all sectors and methodologies, she thrives on the challenge of designing customised solutions for her clients.

Mandy is a graduate of Swinburne University with a Bachelor degree in Business Marketing and Media Communications, as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Frontline Management and has additional training in Certificates III & IV ISO Lead Auditing of Management Systems. She is a full member of The Research Society.

When she isn't working, Mandy is with her family, either 'trying' to train their German Shepherd or at her favourite chocolate shop having a double-strength hot chocolate, extra hot with two pink marshmallows. She is also a tequila connoisseur. She always wanted to be a radio announcer, which would have been a good fit as she never shuts up. Always up for a chat and/or a hot chocolate/tequila so get in touch!

Research Compliance and Quality Lead

As Research Compliance and Quality Lead, Dylan oversees TKW's face-to-face and CATI operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance are maintained across the business. She is the driving force behind TKW's ISO 20252 accreditation, actively monitoring and refining quality control processes to ensure every project meets the rigorous standards our clients expect.
 
Dylan has diligently worked her way up through the organisation across all levels of the business since 2002, giving her an excellent understanding and insight on how best to serve our clients. Past roles include CATI Interviewer, Team Leader, Supervisor, CATI Manager, Project Manager and General Manager, working across CATI, face-to-face, qualitative and online methodologies.
 
With a Bachelor of Economics and over 17 years' experience in the industry, Dylan brings a rare combination of operational depth and strategic thinking to her role. She is passionate about developing staff capability, supporting teams to meet KPIs and reach their full potential through ongoing training and mentorship. Dylan is a member of The Research Society (formerly the Australian Market and Social Research Society).
 
When not working, Dylan can be found outside enjoying the fresh air and walking around her local area, usually seeking the sunshine. She also has a deep appreciation and love of coffee, always ordering her favourite: a long black, three-quarter full, single origin.

Sample Management & Reporting Specialist

Working as our Client Services Executive, Rob has 30 years of marketing and management experience, which includes more than a decade of field management in the market research industry and is considered to be one of the best market research sampling managers in the country.

Rob is responsible for managing many of our large-scale CATI research studies covering diverse range of sectors with many different quotas and complex sampling requirements. During the fieldwork phase, he provides clients with a daily performance appraisal, which includes sample performance and achievements against quotas.

Rob is an avid Collingwood supporter and loves AFL in general and can talk underwater about it – if you have a spare couple of hours!! He also loves a good book.

Field Operations Manager

Jojee brings over 10 years of experience leading geographically dispersed teams and complex multi-region projects in publishing, translation, marketing, and operations, and recently joined TKW Research Group as Field Operations Manager. She is new to the TKW team, but brings a wide variety of experience in workflow coordination, operational troubleshooting, stakeholder communication, and supporting distributed teams to achieve high-quality outcomes in fast-paced environments.

Jojee is a graduate with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Linguistics. She has a strong background in communication, research, and cross-cultural engagement. She’s got a systems and people-centric approach and loves building structure out of complexity, streamlining processes and ensuring teams feel supported and equipped to succeed. She loves to bring together moving parts, balancing operational efficiency with clear communication and practical problem-solving.

When not at work, Jojee enjoys travelling, reading, cycling and getting to the beach when she can. She lives with her husband and two dogs, and is always on the lookout for her next little adventure or quiet nature escape.

Chief Data Scientist

David is our specialist in programming and data processing with over 19 years' experience finding creative solutions to challenging problems. David enjoys finding new ways to streamline programming, integration of systems and data processing to save time using a range of different software or writing customised programs.

Impressively, David is a self-taught programmer from a young age and has been learning on the job ever since. He believes learning never stops and is always excited to find creative solutions to difficult problems. He also has a diploma in Audio Engineering & Production.

When not in the office David can be found spearfishing, enjoying Muay Thai kickboxing, playing guitar, motorbike riding or hanging out at the beach.
