NTC Smoking

Objectives:

To deliver 350 people from CALD groups and 350 pregnant smokers to meet geographic quotas across Australia to evaluate campaigns

Challenges:

Identifying the individuals and persuading them to take part in the interviews

Solutions:

A wide network of recruitment contacts and some innovative placement strategies were used to deliver the target audience

Teen Drug Users

Objectives:

To arrange the recruitment of 50 families for the client’s Qualitative team to talk with active teen drug users and their families

Challenges:

This was a difficult and sensitive topic with individuals and groups hard to identify, and no ready list of participants available

Solutions:

AFS ‘Smart Askers’ has specialised, topic sensitive recruiters.  They can access our panel families to join the focus groups and IDIs

Remote Access to the National Broadband Network

Objectives:

AFS needed to engage with rural and remote communities to help complete qualitative groups to discuss the roll out of the National Broadband Network

Challenges:

Arranging a schedule for at-home IDIs across 26 territories, then delivering a 90 minute interview including location photos

Solutions:

We accessed the AFS ‘Smart Askers’ rural and remote panel to find participants willing to fit the scheduled interview requirements
