Objectives:

To deliver 3 recruited groups in each of the 5 major capital cities, based on strategic growth ‘profiles and sectors’

Challenges:

We needed to recruit and arrange Finance Professionals from different sectors and fitting different profiles to actually attend groups

Solutions:

Individuals were sourced from an AFS panel, with the invitation to attend supported by email with a telephone call to screen for matching profiles

 

Light Commercial Vehicles

Objectives:

To provide Fleet Managers to inform the client of their perception in the market and on the preference for future products

Challenges:

Arranging a schedule for an international team to attend and ensuring we pre-tested the fleet managers to ensure they had the requisite expertise

Solutions:

AFS ‘Smart Askers’ recruited and tested 50 willing participants in two groups in Sydney/Melbourne, requiring the sourcing of rooms that could cope with a vehicle display space

 

Hotel Brand Groups

Objectives:

To identify and explore the redeeming value of GREEN positioning in the selection of preferred place to stay

Challenges:

The main challenge was at the initial call stage where recruiters had to negotiate with HR, Executives, and Personal Assistants to determine who was the most appropriate decision maker within each organisation

Solutions:

We provided invitations only after speaking with each representative and then we had to fill like participants into 3 separate groups in 3 different cities
