Objectives: To monitor and assess the continuing decline in the usage of Yellow Pages along with the use of peers and substitutes. Challenges: This needed to be a national, random study that was not deemed to be interesting for respondents but it was regarding an institution they all know. Solutions: TKW Research Group made the introduction more compelling with our scripting. We also aided survey design by offering a ‘YP opt-out’ to fully assess levels of remorse.

ACMA 3G Billing and Mobile Only Homes

Objectives: To measure the nation’s adoption of 3G handheld phones, their billing surprises and the shift to Mobile Only homes. Challenges: The research required our team to collect billing copies, code complaints and reach the 14% of households that only use Mobile phones. Solutions: TKW Research Group is one of the only providers who can access Mobile Only households for research to a representative level.

Kerbside Waste Collection

Objectives: To talk with residents in LGAs about their satisfaction, usage and expectation of household, garden and bulk waste. Challenges: TKW Research Group needed to select a method that required identification of main handler and manager of residential household waste. Solutions: We took what could have been a dirty project, ran it efficiently and produced data down to street level specifications.
